SynthAuto does not:

  • Act as a broker
  • Guarantee any sale price
  • Guarantee that any vehicle will sell

All valuations are estimates only.

2. Age Limitation

By using this website, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age.

If you are not 18 years of age or older, you may not use this website and must exit immediately.

3. License and Permitted Use

8. VIN Submissions and Public Pages

By submitting a VIN, you represent that you have lawful access to that VIN and are not submitting it for unlawful purposes.

SynthAuto may generate shareable or publicly accessible valuation pages based on submitted VINs.

You agree that:

  • VIN-based valuation pages may be indexed by search engines
  • We may retain VIN data for modeling and analytics
  • We may aggregate anonymized market data

If you believe a VIN-based page should be removed, you may contact us. Removal decisions are made at our discretion.

9. Third-Party Data Sources

SynthAuto may rely on third-party data providers.

We do not control, guarantee, or warrant:

  • Accuracy of third-party data
  • Availability of third-party services
  • Continuity of data feeds

We are not responsible for errors originating from third-party sources.

10. Service Availability

Arbitration shall occur in Ramsey County, MN.
